We are community.
We are police.
We are us.

Activating Goodness to Build Safer and Healthier Communities

Moving beyond the bandaids® of the past, Project PACT offers an unprecedented approach to educating and enhancing public safety and community well-being. Our proven strategies help expand the good in your community and foster lasting partnership.

The Future of Community and Policing is Partnership

Excessive reliance on policing, coupled with community distrust and a traditional police culture, demands a critical cultural shift for our communities to prosper.

We aim to design a future where police and communities work together to create environments where public safety is not just the absence of crime, but the presence of aligned values, compassion, and joint responsibility.

Imagine what would happen in our communities if…

Communities and Police worked in authentic partnership.

There was a culture where people voluntarily chose accountability.

We developed alternatives to the criminal justice system as another tool to serve the human condition.

Our mission

To heal, collaborate, and create a new future together.
We are igniting a generational paradigm shift for policing wherein communities and police departments are empowered to heal, collaborate, and create the future of public safety and collective well-being. We do this through providing resources, education, and training for personal and professional development, creating a culture that is life-giving to police department staff and lifesaving to the community.

Proven Results

A Case for Partnership and Community-Driven Public Safety
Former Public Safety Chief and Project PACT Co-Founder Mike Butler brought our principles to life in Longmont, CO, where his vision led to dramatic drops in crime and gang activity, safer neighborhoods, and a renewed sense of community over time. Longmont’s journey shows that when policing is tailored, community-driven, and rooted in dignity, it not only transforms one city but demonstrates new possibilities for community safety, health, and well-being.
